Mix and Match What Your Brand Actually Needs
Every element below can be ordered on its own or combined — most brands land on a set of three or four rather than all eight.
Cleaning Cloth
Microfiber, full-color or single-color logo print. The lowest-cost item and often included as standard.
Soft Pouch / Bag
Microfiber, suede, or velvet drawstring pouch. Lightweight dust and scratch protection, doubles as a cleaning cloth.
PU Hard Case
Structured case with magnetic or snap closure. Moderate impact protection with a premium feel.
Paper Box
Rigid magnetic box or folding carton, full-color printed. The retail-shelf and unboxing centerpiece.
Tin / Metal Box
Durable, reusable, and distinctive on a shelf. Common for gift-positioned and limited-edition runs.
Instruction Manual
Care instructions and brand story insert — reinforces perceived value at the unboxing moment.
Warranty Card
Signals a brand that stands behind its product — a small detail that builds buyer confidence.
Gift Bag
An outer presentation bag sized to hold the full packaging set — for retail, seasonal gifting, or events, distinct from the fitted soft pouch.
Not sure where to start? The three sets below are common starting points — not fixed packages.
The Surface Details That Change the Feel
The same box or case can read completely differently depending on the finish — worth deciding early since it affects both cost and lead time.
Matte, Gloss, or Soft-Touch
Matte reads understated, gloss reads bold, soft-touch (velvet) laminate adds a tactile premium feel. Spot UV can highlight a logo against a matte base.
Litchi Grain, Pebble Grain, or Suede
Litchi and pebble grain textures are durable and hide fingerprints; suede finish feels softer but shows wear sooner.
Matte, Glossy, or Embossed
An embossed pattern on a matte tin adds depth without needing extra color — a common choice for minimalist premium branding.
Screen Print or Woven Label
Screen printing is cost-effective for simple logos; a woven label sewn into a seam reads more premium but adds a small per-piece cost.
How Your Logo Actually Gets Applied
Different materials call for different application methods — what works on a paper box won't work the same way on tin or PU.
| Item | Common Methods | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Paper Box | Hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, full-color offset print | Foil stamping reads premium; offset print is best for full-color logos or photography |
| PU Case | Heat-transfer print, embossed logo patch | A separate embossed patch feels more dimensional than a flat print |
| Tin Box | Silkscreen print, laser etching | Laser etching is more durable but limited to single-tone results |
| Manual / Warranty Card | Standard offset printing | The most flexible and lowest-cost of the group |

Get a Packaging RecommendationOne Order, Not Two Supplier Relationships
Sourcing packaging separately from your frames is common — it's also where a lot of avoidable friction gets introduced.
One Conversation, Not Two
A single point of contact for both frames and packaging, instead of coordinating two separate suppliers on two separate timelines.
Matched Color & Logo
Your case, cloth, and box are developed against the same brand color references and logo files as your frames — no separate color-matching round with a second factory.
Combined Shipping, Lower Freight
Frames and packaging shipped together means one set of freight charges and customs clearance, not two — a real cost difference, especially on smaller orders.
One Timeline
Packaging production is scheduled against your frame production, not managed as a separate risk to your launch date.
How Packaging Gets Confirmed Alongside Your Frames
Packaging follows the same review rhythm as your eyewear sample, not a separate approval track.
Design Confirmed Together
Packaging colors, logo placement, and material choices are confirmed alongside your frame design, not as an afterthought.
Digital Proof for Approval
A digital mockup is shared for sign-off before any physical sample is produced.
Physical Sample With Your Frames
A packaging sample is produced and shipped together with your frame sample, so you see the full set as your customer would.
Bulk Production, One Timeline
Once approved, packaging production is scheduled in parallel with frame production — not queued afterward.
Minimum Order Quantities by Item
| Item | Typical MOQ | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cleaning Cloth | 500–1,000 pcs | Often the easiest to combine across colorways |
| Soft Pouch / Bag | 500–1,000 pcs | Can frequently match your frame MOQ directly |
| PU Hard Case | 1000–2,000 pcs | Mold/tooling cost may apply for a fully custom shape |
| Paper Box | 1000–2,000 pcs | Printing plate cost is a one-time setup fee |
| Tin / Metal Box | 1,000–2,000 pcs | Higher MOQ due to tooling for the metal form |
| Manual / Warranty Card | 1000–2,000 pcs | Usually the most flexible, low-cost addition |
| Gift Bag | 1000–2,000 pcs | Sized to the rest of your set — confirm alongside your box or case dimensions |
Figures above are typical ranges, not fixed quotes — actual MOQ depends on material, structure, and whether a design already exists off-the-shelf or needs custom tooling. Packaging MOQ can also be planned to run in parallel with your frame order rather than as a separate hurdle.
Before You Reach Out
Do you manufacture the cases yourselves?
We source cases and packaging through vetted specialist partners — the same way most eyewear factories handle packaging, since it's a different production process from frame manufacturing. What we manage directly is the coordination: color matching, logo application, timeline, and combining everything into a single shipment with your frames.
Can I order packaging without ordering eyewear from you?
Our packaging service is built around brands who are also sourcing frames with us — that's where the coordination and shipping savings actually apply. If you're only looking for standalone packaging, a dedicated case supplier may be a better fit.
Can I mix items from different tiers?
Yes — the three sets are starting points based on what most brands at each stage choose, not fixed bundles. Any combination of the eight components is workable.
How much does combining shipments actually save?
It depends on order size and destination, but avoiding a second set of freight charges, customs entries, and minimum shipment fees is a real, specific savings — we can estimate it for your actual order once we know your quantities and destination.
Can packaging be ready by my launch date?
Packaging production is scheduled alongside your frame production from the start, specifically so it doesn't become a separate risk to your timeline. Share your target date early and we'll plan backward from it.
Do you offer a polarized test card for polarized lens SKUs?
Yes — for polarized styles, we can include a polarized test card as an add-on to any set. It's a small printed card that reveals a hidden pattern when viewed through a genuinely polarized lens, and it's a simple way to demonstrate authenticity to your customer at unboxing. This isn't part of the standard component list since it only applies to polarized SKUs — mention it when discussing your order and we'll add it in.
